  1. Your Name - It would be nice if we know who was submitting the game. If there are multiple designers please put the primary contact first.

  2. Email & Phone - Please provide details which we can use to contact you. You need to provide an email address to which we will send designer announcements. A contact phone number will be useful if we need to contact you directly.

  3. Game Name - What is the name of your game? Please include here so we do not get the name confused with another part of the game blurb.

  4. Game System - What system does your game use? Examples: Cuthulhu, D&D, Shadowrun, Systemless, Freeform.

  5. Game Genre - What genre does your game fit into? Examples: fantasy, horror, sci-fi

  6. Game Size - How many players is this game designed for? Most tabletop games are designed for 5 players, though some have optional characters. Freeforms are generally for 12 to 25 players, though can be much bigger.

  7. No. Sessions - How many sessions does your game run for per team? Most games are 1 session per team.

  8. Game Blurb - The blurb for your game that you would like to appear in the entry form. Please also note if the blurb is to appear with or without images. If you have images that you would like to appear with the blurb please include details here and we will contact you to get the images.

  9. Game Notes - Any special notes about your game that do not fit into any of the above categories.
